Silay Institute officially welcomed its new students and transferees through a vibrant and fun-filled Admittance Party held on July 10 and 11, 2025. The event marked the beginning of Academic Year 2025–2026 with excitement, creativity, and school spirit across all Basic Education levels.
Each department showcased its unique theme, allowing students to express themselves through colorful and imaginative costumes. The Elementary Department shone with the theme "Shine Bright, New Stars," as young learners dressed up in dazzling outfits, symbolizing their bright potential and fresh beginnings.
The Junior High School Department took on the adventurous theme "Wild West: A New Frontier Begins," where students embraced the spirit of the frontier with cowboy hats, boots, and rustic attire, symbolizing exploration and bold new journeys in their academic life.
Meanwhile, the Senior High School Department dazzled in emerald and pink under the theme "A Wicked-Inspired." Students showcased theatrical flair with enchanting costumes that echoed themes of empowerment, transformation, and individuality.
The two-day event not only celebrated the arrival of new members into the Silay Institute family but also fostered camaraderie, creativity, and a sense of belonging among the students and faculty. It served as a joyful kickoff to the school year and setting the tone for a memorable academic journey ahead.
