Procedures

For New and Transferee Students

Basic Education and College Students

1. Present Requirements and get Recommendation Slip
2. Evaluation and Signatories from the ACADEMICS of Recommendation Slip
3. Proceed to Admission Fill out Enrollment Form for Encoding in the System
4. Pay to the Cashier the required amount for enrollment
5. Proceed to the Registrar's Office Window for issuance of Certificate of Registration
6. Proceed to ID area

 

For Old and Continuing/Regular Students

Basic Education and College Students

1. Get Enrollment Procedure to the Help Desk
2. Pay to the Cashier the required amount for enrollment
3. Proceed to Registrar's Office Window for issuance of Certtificate of Registration
4. Proceed to ID area

 

For Irregular and Shiftee Students

College students

1. Get Enrollment Procedure to the Help Desk
2. Proceed to the Academics for Evaluation
3. Pay to the Cashier the required amount for enrollment
4. Proceed to Registrar's Office Window for issuance of Certtificate of Registration
5. Proceed to ID area

 

Note: Students are not officially enrolled unless official enrollment form is surrendered to the Registrar’s Office
