Silay Institute Holds TVET Graduation Ceremony

Silay Institute proudly held its Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Graduation Ceremony on September 19, 2025, honoring its latest batch of graduates.

 

The ceremony recognized a total of 117 completers:

18 and 50 graduates from the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP)

25 City Scholars (USWA Beneficiaries)

1 Regular

— all under the Housekeeping NC II qualification, and

23 graduates from the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) under the Bookkeeping NC III qualification.

 

Guest Speaker Hon. Javier Miguel “Javi” Benitez, Congressman of the 3rd District of Negros Occidental, emphasized the vital role of technical-vocational education in empowering individuals and strengthening the workforce.

The event highlighted Silay Institute’s unwavering commitment to providing inclusive and quality education that equips learners with industry-ready skills for a brighter future.
