HOUSEKEEPING NC II QUALIFICATION
The HOUSEKEEPING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services. The training duration is 436 hours.

Technical Skills
English Language A2 Level
The Language A2 Level consists of competencies that a person must achieve in listening, speaking, reading, and writing at a way stage level aligned to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. The training duration is 152 hours.
Bookkeeping NCIII
The Bookkeeping NCIII Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to journalize transactions, post transactions, prepare trial balance, prepare financial reports and review internal control system. The training duration is 292 hours.
