HOUSEKEEPING NC II QUALIFICATION
The HOUSEKEEPING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services. The training duration is 436 hours.

TTSOL: Course Design
This course will deal with the competency in teaching English to speakers of second language. It will be a guide for them to conduct classes and teach students of other languages to have understanding and gain proficiency in the use of the English language.
