Silay Institute and Nihon Fukushi University Signs Sister School Agreement

On January 27, 2017, Silay Institute and Nihon Fukushi University Affiliated High School in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, signed an agreement making them official sister schools with the goal of building friendship and cooperation, and promoting mutual understanding between Philippines and Japan. The agreement was signed by Dr. Florcelita G. Zamora for Silay Institute and Mr. Noriyuki Iwamoto for Nihon Fukushi University Affiliated High School.
